Phone issues?

Question

OK so we have only had this phone number for a couple of months and at first we were getting alot of calls for people that don't live here, so we were just telling them this is not their number anymore, well the calls stopped, till the last three days, i keep getting calls from someone looking for pablo, well there isn't a pablo living here and i don't think they can understand me when i tell them this is not his number any suggestions??

You do not have to explain yourself its your number.Simply hang up on them,or don't answer any number you don't recognize.These calls are so annoying
