Phone line wiring?

hello i have moved o a new apartment, i make a subscription with the local ISP who send the DSL modem so far everything is good, my problem is that i have no phone socket anywhere in the place there is only one box in the (electricity, gas, water cabin) the box has 5 wires nods with non standard colors inside, what i really need is only the normal Red Green wires to run them to my modem how can distinguish those tow by testing the voltage on right pair?

If they are non standard colors just try different combinations until it works. That's what I would do. Don't worry about frying your modem, it'll be fine.
