Phone memory card keeps formatting?

Question

i have a pink chinese phone right now that i have been using for quite a while and lately everytime i put the memory card in the phone it doesnt work it wont show my pictures or nothing when i put other peoples memory cards into my phone that also doesnt work but when people put my memory card in there phone it works whats up with my memory card or phone and how do i fix this?

btw buying a new phone isnt an option and dont say "its because its a chinese phone" because this happens to nokia and sony erricson phones too

The only thing i can think of that may help you is by getting hold of a card reader, you could buy one, there quite cheap or maybe a Friend has a new computer with a card reader built in, see if that will read your card, if not then the phone may be the cause,
