Phone memory card

Question

I took a picture with my phone and I realy need this picture. Something happened to the micro memory card when I put it back in the phone the phone said no card in phone. So I put the card in another phone and that phone said the card would have to be reformatted but I would loose the data and I don't want to loose the picture. Please advise
