Phone not all its cracked up to be.......

Question

hi my concern is the sony ericsson phone i puchased and activated isnt the greatest phone iv'e ever used i loose many calls the phone also sometimes freezes up and wont function for 30 minutes at times sometimes calls are missed ( not that it wasnt within earshot) but nonetheless i wont get the voicemail for hours afterwards?????
