Phone not working only can dial first 3 digits?..!?

then it rings twice and an error message fades in and out and i cant understand it..

i have broadband internet so it cant be the internet im pretty sure.

Check whether you've put it into some mode in which it wants you to enter e three digit code. e.g. a code to operate the answering machine feature, or a parental lock.

Try resetting your phone.
