Phone plan comercial?

hey, im thinking about geting i cell phone for my teen age girl, but only if there is a phone plan where i can change how many minuts she gets on the phone. i saw a comercail the other day that was JUST like that, but i didnt catch which phone company it was. and it would be REALLY nice if someone who had seen the comercail too could tell me. THANKS! =D

I've seen the commercial, I believe it was T-Mobile. I know they have a Family Allowances. Here's the low down on it:
