Phone problems need help!?

Question

I have a pantech duo smartphone and it works fine until the batterty dies. After the battery dies it wont charge this isnt the first time this has happened.

What do you think is wrong?

What should i do about it?

your charger might be messed up

My cell used to do the same thing I had to move the charger around a little until it finally charged

Once I got a new charger though I didnt have to do that anymore

So you should probably get a new charger

It your phone still under warranty. If yes then you should get it checked and change the battery if possible.

pantech batteries have a small issue with them.  once it has been completely drained, and u try to plug in your charger, it may not tell u that the battery is charging.  next time, plug the charger into the phone, and wait 15-30 mins.  u should get an indicator during that time.  or, take the battery out, and plug the charger into the phone without the battery, when the screen shows the battery icon, place the battery onto the phone.  hope this helps.  theres probably nothing wrong with the phone/battery.  pantech batteries are jus a lil quirky.
