Phone screen gone blank! Anyone with a Motorola RAZR V3 please help!!!?

OK, so I have a Motorola RAZR V3 and I have a problem.

Not only has the screen gone blank, but my contact numbers are not saved to my SIM card.

So my question is how do I copy the numbers from the phone to the SIM card???

Please, if you can, list the steps(what to press and how many times), so that I can move the numbers to my SIM card?

If you go to a corporate store of whatever carrier you're on, just ask them to follow along on a working razr, you also may be under warranty if you haven't dropped it or haven't gotten it wet, and it's under a year old. You'll be okay, They also have some other tricks they can do, I'm sure. Thank goodness for SIM cards!!
