Phone skin and theme.........NEED A LOT OF HELP!!!?

Ok, I have an LG VX990(enV)...i wanted to download some themes from the internet but i only have a memory card...and it says i can save them to it and view it on my phone but i dont know how. And they can't send it to me because I have Premium Messaging blocked. I also wanted to know where you can buy those skins(stickers) for my phone? I can't buy anything online..so it has to be a store. NOT THE CASES OR THE PLASTIC STUFF!!!!!! The stickers that you can get at skinit.com
