  1. yes your phone has been bugged by aliens... you need to make a hat made with tin foil and put it on when you make phone calls, because they can not hear you, they can only read your mind...

while the possibility of your phone actually being tapped always exists... the fact is that all monitoring is done electronically, and there is NO indication that anyone is monitoring your line, so you will never know... at least not until the prosecutor presents phone tap evidence in your court case..

your stuttering dial tone is caused by the fact that you have voicemail waiting for you.. dial your number from the phone, and you will be able to listen to the voicemails...

  2. I get a broken dial tone when I have a voicemail.

  3. it will be 1571 one telling you you have a message, dial 1571 to listen to your message once you have if you press 3 to delete the message, the dail tone will go back to normal

  4. Are you in the UK ?

If so you have either a message on 1571 or your incoming calls are on a divert to mobile.

More than likely, dial 1571 and retrieve a message

  5. sounds like someone has activate the ACR!!!! like*77....sounds like a stutter-tone....!

    to de-activate do *78...

  6. It usually is your voicemail indicator...you can have this shut off by calling your phone company. When you check your messages it will go away.
