Photo Keychain Won't Work

My son bought me a INNOVAGE Digital Photo Keychain. I read the manual, charged it, and did as the manual said. When I try to load pictures, I get an error message:AppName photoviewer.exe App.Ver 2.4.1.5, ModName photoviewer.exe ModVer:2.4.1.5 Offset: 00042fa2Any ideas about how I can get this to work? He got it for me to carry pictures of my grandsons.
