1) MB & KB & B What’s it mean?

2) Website wont take it wont take KB. So would B be lower than KB? Does B stand for Bytes?

Eg: 81.3 KB / Dimensions 160 x 150

  1. megabytes, kilobytes, bytes,

    bytes being the smallest.


  2. MB= Megabytes

    KB=Kilobytes

    B=Bytes

    Photo files are usually large 1MB+. Perhaps the website is flaging your file as too small to be an average photo file. Thus it won't let you upload it.

  3. A large B stands for Bytes.

    1 KB is 1024 B

    1 MB is 1024 KB

    Dimensions are usually in pixels or the individual dots. Each dot takes about 1 Byte.

    Therefore 160x150 would take about 24000 B or 24 KB at a minimum.

    When you take pictures with a camera it is usually over 1 MB. There is absolutely no need for that size on a web site. Anything over 100 KB is probably too large.
