Photo conjoining ?

ohkayy i have three photos that i am trying to conjoin.

its a pic of me, a pic of my brother, and a pic of my brothers tattoo. i, however, cannot conjoin them the wayy i want too.

i want my brothers tattoo stretched out above us. and then i want my brother on the left and me on the right.

basically like this:

you can do this in photobucket with fotoflexer tools and move then in layers,
