Photo copying help!!?

i have photos from a long time ago i want to put on my computer. My printer can photo copy, but i don't know how

if you have 3in1 photocopier/scanner/printer, check manual for instructions, place photo on scan glass, open program to scan with, check software that came with scanner, or use photoshop programs,

to scan from program, file/ import/ twain, and select scanner, program should start and you want to preview, then select resolution about 300, and then scan, save as jpg,

if you only want photocopy, the scanner printer can do that for print out,
