Photo edit green eyes?

i want to make my eyes look green on a photo but i dont kno where to go to edit on the internet. i hate photoshop

if you have photoshop~ select eye with lasso tool, and adjust hue /saturation, or duplicate selection on new layer, and apply color over top in mask or new layer, and adjust layer overlay option,

you can do it everything you want in a picture if you use paint.net  its easy and its FREE. hope you enjoy it.
