Photo editing people - does this photo look like it has been manipulated?

It looks like the stomach has been edited to look skinner.

Do you think it was?

haha yes. it looks like they erased the whole stomach and put the door over it (and didnt do a very good job).

Yes,  it DOES look like this photo was edited/messed with.

Stomachs aren't like that and you can visually see the tiny megapixels of cut away they used to blend the stomach with the door.

It's sooo obvious.

actually real, "xx_Tina" is or was anorexic, hopefully has recovered, sadly these situations occur,

OK .. i am a graphical designer .. and not sure about what everybody is saying it shows .. I think it is real .. they person in the pic just sucked his stomech inside and took the pic .. it is posible ..

most definately u can actually see the pixels of where they morphed the picture if you look closely
