Photo editing program for mac?

Question

im looking for a program where i can cut faces out of pictures and paste them on other peoples bodies in pictures; that type of thing. but i have a mac so it needs to be compatible of course.

Obviously, Photoshop which you can get a 30 day trial online. If you'd like a not as advanced photo editing software, but that you don't have to pay for and still works fine, try Picasa. http://picasa.google.com/
