Photo editing software!?

Are there any websites I can download free and legal photo editing software. I want ones that allow you to change the color of your eyes and get rid of skin blemishes. I know about photoshops free trial etc....

Try gimp. It is a very powerful software, comparable to photoshop. It is free and legal. It has tools that can definitely allow you to change the color of eyes and get rid of blemishes.

A very good Photo-Editing software available is Adobe PhotoShop, but only a 30-day trial for PhotoShop is available for free. To try it out go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads

A free alternative to PhotoShop is GIMP. While it is as powerful as PhotoShop, it's a bit harder to use. If you can't get your head around it, check some tutorials on YouTube:

It's got some tools similar to Photoshop, but it's very simple and easy to use!
