Photo in friendster? my photos are big and can't upload to my friendster.?

do i need other programs to make it smaller? but the quality will of course be lessen. pls help.

  1. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using...  <<go to that site and download the microsoft resizing program...its a small download and very easy to use...making a picture smaller don't hurt quality of it  much
