Photo in the body of a forum reply?

I was at a forum, a person who replies has the beautiful photo with her replies. Not an aviatar. I tried copy and paste technique it doesn't work.

How is it done?

  1. First you upload your picture to a service like Flickr or Photobucket, then you click on your own picture and then you copy everything contained within the section called "HTML code" somewhere near the picture.  Then you go to the forum and paste the entire HTML code inside of your message and then when others look at your message, they should be able to see the picture.  It does not work on Y!A, though.
