Photo-manipulation or painting? What to you think it is?

Clearly a touched up photo.

Saw this same image yesterday when the artist was asking how his touch up skills were.  My impression was that it was "okay," but the point of a good touch up was to look entirely natural, which this image, definetly is not.

I think its a painting *shrugs* looks like one but of course I can understand the wondering because I'm not really sure but I'll go with painting lol

I think its a photo and painted on top, or its a digital painting and if you did it you have a very nice talent, waow

Photo-manipulation, I zoomed in and did not see any brush strokes.

Of course, there are ways to hide them so, yeah...

It just seems like the 'smuge'/'blend' tool was used alot on the photo to me XD

How accurate I am...well...that's another thing.
