is there anyway i can get pictures printed at walmart or walgreens or anywhere 2.5x2.5??

Sure.

Just make sure you make the file exactly that size yourself - you CANNOT expect these places to do it right - they won't!

Give them a file that's 2.5x2.5 @300 dpi.

And be sure to tell the personnel NOT to allow the machinery to automatically "resize to fit."

OR - better yet! - print it yourself at the kiosk.  that way you'll know it's going to be right.

Most any lab of consumer oriented printing service will only be able to print at standard sizes.

You will have to find someone with a good photo printer to print them for you at home. The photo can be sized and printed to whatever size you want with any decent photo editing program and a photo printer.

Alternatively, the photo can be sized to 2.5 x 2.5 in the editing program, then "dropped" into a 4 x 6 "canvas" size which can be printed anywhere. You would then have to cut out your photo from the 4 x 6 print.

If you want, you can email me a good quality photo and I can size it for you at 2.5 x 2.5 onto a 4 x 6 file @300 DPI and email the file back to you. You can then take the file anywhere to be printed.
