When Ontario was using photo radar, they were supposed to throw out any pictures which included multiple vehicles in the photograph ( because it could have meant the incorrect vehicle was picked up by the radar as the offending vehicle ).  They did send out some of those pictures anyway and some people paid the fines.  Others took their tickets to court and won on that technicality.  Other than that scenario, photo radar tickets were tough to beat.

I am a supporter of the photo radar or as we called it in Utah until it was banned,PHOTO COP. It can be beat, but shouldn't be beat. It was banned in Utah because it caught a state representative speeding and he said it was entrappment and violated his privacy. If you speed then you deserve the ticket. End of story.
