photobucket has all kinds of cool effects, but snapfish gives away a lot of free prints and will even ship them to your house or you can print them out at a local store.

Picnik is a really good one.

You can crop, resize, rotate, add shapes and text, adjust contrast and brightness, and a lot more, plus it's easier than Photoshop.

You can also link it to your photos on Myspace, Flickr, Facebook, or Photobucket!
