ok lets say you have a bright red shirt and you want thats shirt color but everything black and white how do i do that?

Depends on what program you are using.

In photoshop, duplicate the layer.

Select the duplicate and desaturate to black and white.

Select the eraser tool and paint over the shirt, allowing the layer below to show through.

Take the picture without the person and make it black and whit and then take a picture of the person on the green screen take the person and put them on the black and white picture. my answer sux... sorry
