  1. Take a picture of the sign or proof of no sign and go to court.

  2. u cant

  3. Yes, unless it is posted that you can't, you can turn right on a red light AFTER a stop.  Sounds like you went through it perhaps on yellow rather than stopping first.

  4. you can contest anything. I supprised they didn't send instructions with it. I would call the court house.

  5. If you think that it is free then go back and recheck and take pictures of it and also pictures of any signs as well.

  6. -----You can contest it. You can contest anything. The citation, front or back, should tell you how to contest it. There should be web sites which will tell you a lot. You may be able to make an entry on the web site to contest it. It will probably require you to appear in front of a Judge in court. Larger cities have a special Traffic Court that hears nothing but such cases. In smaller places, you will appear in regular Misdemeanor Court. You do not have to have a lawyer with you or involved in any way. I always contest such things.  You have little to lose besides your time, and you will gain valuable experience. I suggest you go as early as possible, to learn as much as possible from the event. I think it is well worth missing school to appear in Court as a Defendant to plead your case. There should be no cost; beyond your time, it should be free. ---Jim
