Photo upload websites?

Question

Is there a photo upload website where you can view a bunch of thumbnails of the photos on one page with their titles underneath them? You see, I have a client who wants to do a photo montage. I've scanned her photos, and I want her to be able to look at it online and see a bunch of the mini photos and their titles to give me organizing directions: ie "Tim's first day of School" should go after "Laura's Piano Recital".

Sure, there are plenty of site this would let you do this. I would advised using the free sites such as kodak.com or photobucket.com. There are also some sites that will charge you ... but that would be a waste of money. Note, you have to manual type in the title of the pictures you upload to any site. . .
