Photobucket ! Help! How do i do this?

First ofall, im trying to do that thing where the whole picture is black and white except for one color. how do you do that on photobucket? PLEASE HELP! 10 points!!!

Um, you might wanna re-post the picture after you photoshop it.

in photobucket, they use fotoflexer to edit with, open in edit feature, apply effects grayscale, and use advanced options to make gray areas, or invert for color, or you can use layers to duplicate and make grayscale then erase areas,
