ok i wanna put two pictures together.

like with a person in each picture

i wanna put the 2 ppl in the same pic

can i do this with photobucket?

if yes... HOW?

Never tried with the Photobucket Photo editor, but you should be able to do this with the free online Photoshop-like graphics editor:
