Photobucket problems?

When I try to upload I can't. It says failed upload and that I have a network error. What is this network error and how can I fix it? I asked one friend to upload something on her account and it worked. I also logged in to another one of my friend's accounts and couldnt upload on that one either. So it must be my computer. help~

  1. The files my be currupt (file exe has been changed)

    1 Run CHKDSK, it restores missing files.

    or

    2  go to Start>Run and type "sfc /scannow" without the quotes. That'll replace any missing or corrupt system files
