Question

after i make the picture in black and white how do i put color in certain areas[ like make the eyes in color??]

in photobucket with edit feature via fotoflexer, you can select where you want color, use advanced options painted region,

theres also option to invert,

~with fotoflexer you can also use layers to duplicate b&w over color image and erase items,

~or you can use geek recolor to select where you want color back by covering with green dots, and covering around with red dots/brush
