how do you make sayings on Photobucket like these---

like i know how you upload photos and stuff but what do you have to do to make those ?? like just upload a white thing and add the sayings by editing it?? or what !!??

Those are images created by people with a lot of different software. Some where probably made with Photo Shop, Paint Shop Pro, GIMP, etc.
