Photoflood bulbs and a clamp light fixture in Perth, West Australia?

I am trying to find some cheap 250W photoflood bulbs and a cheap (ceramic) light fixture to use it in. The bulbs should be something like this: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/BCA-NO-B1-GE-PHOTOFLOOD-LIGHT-BULBS_W0QQitemZ7536932857QQihZ014QQcategoryZ3860QQcmdZViewItem

The light fixture has to be ceramic as this kind of bulb gets so hot that if it is plastic then it will melt. I tried bunnings to get hte fixture, but had no luck.

I am looking to use it to make a cheap softbox.

Thanks!

  1. The Ceramic bases can be purchased from any Lighting supplier, usually in an Edison s***w configuration.

    As for the Globes

If you contact GE Lighting they may help you with their availability.

Otherwise contact on of the major photographic suppliers and they might help.

    Good Luck
