where is a really good college that has journalism and photgraphy in america?

The United States has a whole slew of accredited journalism/photog schools, so consider yourself lucky!

But some of the most prestigious j-schools include Missouri (go Tigers!), Northwestern, Illinois, Columbia, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan State.
