Photography job help

I am going to cover lots of community events and i dont no how to charge people for the photos should i charge them per photo and how much should i do it for.

Cover your costs, charge for travel ( either petrol costs or bus/train fare)

Charge for the film you use, charge for the development .

Charge for the printing out costs : negatives, the paper, or ink if digital

Then I would add 20 percent on for my work and effort, so my costs are covered and i earn a tidy profit thats not too extortionate, after all it is the community, and if yoyu are part of that comminuty, i wouldnt charge over the odds!
