You need to learn about proper composition. Stop putting your subject in the center of the photo all the time. Place the subject in more interesting locations within the photo. Give consideration to the ENTIRE frame of the photo. Strive to have something of interest in the entire photo.

Also, someone may have told you that making everything in black and white is "better" or "artsy" or some such thing... but it is NOT. All these photos would look better in color. Black and white works well with some photos, with others is adds nothing. Also, these look like simple desaturations. They are not even good looking black and white. NEVER set your camera to shoot in black and white, you will regret it some day when you want that shot in color. Shoot in color, then learn to convert PROPERLY to black and white with a good photo editor such as Adobe Photoshop in post processing.

Stay with it. Read books on proper photography techniques.

since you are asking our opinion, i would say it's 3 /10. why? i find all your picture's subject are all placed at the center. try putting them on the right or left part of your photo...

It uses the whole frame for the subjects.  The most valuable thing that you need to learn right now is composition.  Look up the rule of thirds and practice it.  Just google it and you will find tons of site explaining the technique.
