Photos print out yellow with black promanant on...

Question

Hiya, my photos print out yellow as background, arms, face , legs etc,
and the outlines and black features are promonant.

I have cleaned the heads etc and it still happens.

How can i get back to a perpect picture.

I am using Kodak Ultima Photo Paper for injet prints.
