Photoshop CS2 help!?

Does anyone know how to blend to pictures together in Photoshop CS2? Can I get an easy explanation please!

  2. Here's a really basic explanation I posted earlier for someone else. It's kind of the first /basic steps to use, then look at the more detailed answers people have given.

  3. open a layer, paste an image in there, paste another image on top, use layer->multiply to merge the layers, then create a mask on the top layer and drag the gradient to create the blend you require.

  4. you really need to be more specific as to what you want to achieve, there is a lot that photoshop can do in many different ways, you should start with putting both pictures on different layers and experiment with opacity, layer masks and the gradient tool, blending modes, the clone tool, and different size and strength brushes/erasers.

  5. You have layers. Double click on the layed(without selecting to edit the text) This will open a window.

    You have scroll bars at bottom.

    This allows you to blend each layer  (depending on the image to blend- it selects areas that fade into each other.) Or if this doesn't work. The individual layers can have differing transparencies. See at top of layer table.

    Hope this help. It all depends on what you are trying to blend.
