How Do You Make A Thin White Border? Literally A Mm Thin, Ive Tryed Messing Round With The Rounded Rectangle Tool, I Just Cant Figure It Out, Can Anybody Help?

  1. new layer

    ctrl + a

    edit > stroke

    select 1 px and the colour you want
