Photoshop Elements Brushes Problem?

Anyways, I got Photoshop Elements 5.0 with my tablet and I've been trying to upload brushes into the brush selection. But for some reason when it's done loading and I go to use the brush it goes weird on me and says there's a system error. What's with that?
