Photoshop blended picture not Formatting Jpg so i cant put it on my myspace help please thanks :)?

Well i use photo shop and i just learned how to blend photos together and i have done that with my pictures but its not formatting as jpg so i can save it to my my space or what not but here is a picture it keeps opening in photo shop i don't want that i need it to open in jpg mode

try saving it in .jpef format and when you want to open that particular file, right click, open with--> Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

select a check box available at the bottom of the window.

Try saving it as a png.
