Photoshop help!! how to put a picture on another picture?

for example, open one picture in photoshop and open another one for example. open a picture of a blank t-shirt.and then open another picture and put it on the t-shirt..

You have to use the collage function I think. If not try using the photo shop help section and if all else fails go to a computer store and ask them.

Use the move tool. It's usually at the top of your toolbox. It looks like an arrow with a cross next to it. Have both images open. Just click and drag the image you want to put on the shirt into the window where the shirt is.
