Photoshop help please!?

I was on youtube and someone was making a website layout! He was on his paintbrush and used brushes that I dont have on my photoshop. I dont know what its called but he has this one that he decorated the page with. It made like a swirly thing. How do I get this on photoshop?

i dont exactly know what one he used but when your wanting things like what you described, go into Google and type something like 'photoshop floral brushes' or 'natural brushes'
