Photoshop help?!?!?!?!?!?

hi, i want to make a tribal dragon in photoshop,but i dont know how and thats were i need u to help me make one,plz! and thnx!

usually things like that are hard to make from scratch.

You can get a picture of a dragon and make it into a siluette and then get a tribal design and repeat it-

Paste your pic of the dragon and select it with the magnetic lasso or lasso if you prefer.

Make a new layer

on the new layer,

select fill and your color

click inside the dragon and it will be a solid figure.

For the tribal design, use the cut and paste tool on a tribal design and take the parts you like and arrange them accordingly.

Also you can draw what you want, and scan it, and select with lasso, make a new layer and fill if you want.

the artists that make things like that usually have a tablet and pen for drawing on the computer, those are expensive.
