Photoshop: how do you change the size of a photo without distorting the image?

Every time I try to change the size of a jpg image. It becomes distorted and gets pixelized.

How do I do it?

  1. It sounds like your trying to make a small JPEG bigger? Whenever you make a significant increase in the size of an image, you will see the pixels enlarged and the apparent detail gets lost.

    In other words, you can't get more information out of an image if its not there in the first place. The best scenario for resizing images is to begin with very large files.


  2. Open ur image.

    Chnage the image size the image

    Then Press : Alt+Ctrl+i   -- Click Constrain Proportions.

    Now click Ok

    Now file--Save As -- Select Jpg and select marker for 5

    Press save.

    Gud Luck


  3. If u compress ur .Jpg image it won't compress

    better to change it to another format
