Photoshop to painting technique~?

I love designing comics and cartoons but i am not good in painting my drawings, so i need to ask if someone knows a website where i can learn how to paint a manga with Photoshop.

Because in youtube, they teach too fast and i can barely see what they're doing.

That's why i need support from a website.

Can anyone give me a hand?
