Photoshop trial wont download. wat do i do?

Well i tryed downloading it and it comes up with "Installation stopped, Please close the following" One of them was internet explorer. I closed it and it still said " Please close INTERNET EXPLORER". So i even deleted the d**n program off my pc and it still said "still close the program"

I'm kinda confused. wat do i do?
