i need a website that lets me fix blemishes and put eye make-up on. i had a website but i forgot what it was called.....it was like ivillage or something. so can someone help me please!!!! thanks

Free online editors: www.picnik.com and www.fotoflexer.com.

A free image editor you can download is the gimp. Steep  learning curve, but nearly up there with photoshop in features. www.gimp.org.
