Phpmyadmin is not working in xampp...?

Question

Having xampp logged on...whenever I open phpmyadmin...it displays 'Access Forbidden'..What to do?

I suppose the xammpp is running on linux, anyway you need to change the permission of the phpmyadmin directory to chmod 755 or change the owner of the directory to whatever user xampp is running on

You need to edit the configuration file to give it a valid database and authentication method. The configuration file is in the main directory and is called config.inc
